Returning your order

How it works

Sometimes things just don’t work out. We want to make returns simple, and as long as your item is still in its original condition, we can make it happen.

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Scroll down to learn how.

Royal Mail
  • Return through your local Post Office
  • Fill in your returns form
  • Attach the pre-paid label and take it to any Post Office counter
  • Remember to ask for proof of postage
  • We’ll process your return no later than 14 days after we receive it
Collect +
  • Return through your local Collect+ point at over 7,000 locations
  • Fill in your returns form
  • Attach the pre-paid label to the front of your parcel
  • Find your nearest Collect+ point here
  • Remember to ask for proof of postage and a tracking number
  • We’ll process your return no later than 14 days after we receive it
Live outside the UK?

We’re working on it, but right now you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. If your item is faulty, we’ll reimburse any shipping costs.

Whichever courier you use, we’d always recommend using a signature-required service and keeping hold of the proof of postage slip.

Want to exchange an item?

We’ll send out your replacement item(s) once we’ve received your return. If what you’re after isn’t in stock, we’ll email you to let you know and issue a refund instead.

**Christmas Extended Returns**

Any purchases made in November and December can be returned or exchanged up until the 31st January 2020.
