With the outbreak of COVID-19 we'd like to assure our customers that we are responding to the crisis by making some changes that protect both our staff and our customers.

Our online store is open and all orders are currently shipping as normal.
Customer Service Status
Our Customer Service will be open between 8:30am and 5.00pm (PST), Monday to Friday. Our Customer Success Team are working remotely, in accordance with the latest instructions issued by the US Government. This means we're still on hand to help you with any enquiries that you may have – so do get in touch if you need their support.
Due to staffing adjustments at our warehouse in reponse to the COVID-19 protection guidelines, all ellesse.com orders will be processed and shipped from our California warehouse within 48 - 72 business hours of your order placement. Please allow one extra day for delivery.
In addition, UPS are currently not requiring signatures on packages. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method and delivery address.
We understand that it's difficult at the moment and non-essential travel should be avoided. Therefore, we're currently waiving our 30-day return policy and have extended this to 90 days (or later, depending on US Government advice). All we ask is that you return the goods to us in accordance with our Returns Policy available here.
