It is easy to process your return or exchange through your account. Just follow the steps below.

To Return or Exchange an item:

  1. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. Your item must be in its original, unworn condition. We will not accept items that have been worn beyond at-home try on.
  2. To get started, go to My Account, and head over to your order history. If you haven't set up an account you'll be directed to do so.
  3. Select the return button and then follow the prompts.
  4. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return or exchange your original order. Please use this as it includes important information.
  5. Simply attach the label to the shipping box and drop at any UPS location or arrange for a pick up within 10 days.

Please note:

  • To expedite the exchange process and ensure that you receive the product you would like in exchange, we suggest placing a new order.
  • Let us know the name, size and color of the product you’d like in exchange for your return.
  • Please note that we will not send your new item until we have received and checked your returned item.
  • We will only exchange for a product that is the same or lesser value than the item your returning.
  • If the item you select is not in stock when we are ready to process and ship that exchange order, we’ll be in touch with you once we receive your product to advise
